What is a mark of an outstanding business is how your service experience was, and mine was A+. I needed immediate attention for a business vehicle that could not be off the road and Shelbee and the service team, somehow, someway, received the vehicle immediately, diagnosed the problem and had me back on the road the next morning. This was all while they were mad busy. Thanks Shelbee and team!

I recently purchased my Cadillac from out of the Guelph area. There was still warranty remaining and I needed help programming some of the new options as well as seeing about servicing. I met Paul Cullen the general manager who was kind and very understanding and had his whole team look after me. Sherry Duchesne nicely explained my ON Star options and what would benefit me the most and with car insurance reduced premiums a possibility. I then met Nathan Lodde in sales and leasing. He was a master wizard in helping me program and understand all of the electronic features on my new Cadillac CTS. Everyone I spoke to was very accommodating and told me not to hesitate to come back if I needed additional help with anything. I have found a new home for my car concerns and servicing.. I had previously purchased a used vehicle through Barry Cullen back in approximately 2018 and, while not dissatisfied with what had transpired, I was left with a foul taste in my mouth. Recently, I was in the market for a new used vehicle and the make/model I was specifically looking for was difficult to find. I had put an inqury in on their website to take a look at a used Traverse and was put in contact with Shae. An appointment had been made to test drive same; however, the vehicle was sold prior to my being able to come in. Shae advised that this make would often come through the doors and he would keep me in mind. True to his word, I got a text from Shae stating that a 2018 Traverse had come into the lot and he sent me a walk around video promptly. We were in to see it not long after - there hadn't even been photos posted to the website yet, he had been that on the ball! Shortly after the vehicle was purchased, I had reached out to him regarding a check engine light coming on and he handled everything with ease - got the vehicle in to the service department to be looked at and made sure I had a commuter vehicle in the meantime. I am absolutely blown away by the service received from Shae, as it has entirely taken the bad taste out of my mouth that had been left there previously. If you're in the market for a Chevy (or a vehicle from their used lot), my family and I would 1000% suggest you speak with Shae....
